Style or size exchanges of unworn products are welcome any time.
For any exchanges, please contact Ely Dance Studio to start an exchange. If the price of the original ordered product has changed since order was placed, customers will be required to pay the difference.

Any exchange item(s) will be sent based on the current shipping calendar for the date that your exchange order is placed. If you prefer store pickup, please contact Ely Dance Studio to coordinate pickup time. If time is of the essence, we recommend you place a new order for the sizes you need with Ely Dance Studio as soon as possible and then return the items you do not need for a store credit. Send only the item(s) to be exchanged.

You have up to 14 days from the ship date to return items for an account credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 20 days for processing your return.
You must include your order number to send back your item(s). The order number can be found on your confirmation email sent after you placed your order. If you cannot find your order number, please contact Ely Dance Studio. This number should be written on any paperwork you include. The completed exchanges and returns form is required to fulfill request.
Be sure to include your Exchanges & Returns Form. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return/exchange item(s) to us, these charges are non-refundable. You may also drop the item(s) off at the studio (at no cost).
Items That May Not Be Returned: Clearance, discontinued items, special order items. Clearance items are final sale.

You will receive confirmation of your order via email once your order is received. Please review the confirmation immediately to ensure everything is correct and call Ely Dance Studio to report any discrepancies.
Your confirmation will contain the estimated shipping dates for your order.
Items not yet released for shipping (excluding special orders, personalized or custom products or special sizes) may be cancelled for a refund within 15 days of the order date. Consideration will be provided due to changes in product availability.
Cancellations for unshipped merchandise (requested 15+ days from the order date) will be processed in the form of an account credit.
Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and items are shipped as they become available.
We encourage you to obtain the best ship dates by ordering early. If you have immediate needs, look for in-stock, ready-to-ship styles on our website.
On rare occasions, items may be delayed; we will contact you immediately.
Free Shipping on Orders of $99 or more
Shipping carriers may have delays in transit times, the times listed in checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Choosing an expedited shipping method does not get the order out earlier, it only expedites delivery time once the order ships.
To see your available delivery methods, delivery times and actual shipping charges, place your item(s) in the shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
Damages/ Errors: Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Any errors must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. If you receive damaged merchandise, please retain all packaging and included paperwork, and call us immediately in the event that we need to file a claim with the freight carrier.
Multiple/Partial Shipments. Unless specified otherwise, if a portion of your order is ready ahead of schedule, we may send you a partial shipment and follow with the balance.
DELIVERY & BEYOND
Please check your order for packing errors and/or damaged products immediately upon receipt. Errors must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
Packing Errors. If you receive an item you did not order, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 3 business days of receipt, and the error will be corrected as quickly as possible. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply for shipments to correct packing errors.
Damaged Products. If you receive damaged merchandise, call Ely Dance Studio immediately. Because the supplier may have to file a claim with the freight carrier, we ask that you retain all packaging and paperwork. Items that are damaged or defective upon receipt will be replaced at no additional charge, provided you contact Ely Dance Studio within 3 days of receipt and retain all packaging and paperwork.
Follow-up Orders. Any additional items ordered after shipping of your initial order has begun will be processed as new, separate orders, and shipping will be scheduled based upon availability and ship dates in effect at the time the follow-up order is placed.
Refunds. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, uneven exchange, or overpayment, please allow approximately 4 weeks for processing.
HOW TO GET THE PERFECT FIT
MEASURE YOUR DANCERS:
Have dancers wear fitted attire (preferably a leotard–no street clothes!) with proper undergarments in order to ensure the most accurate measurements.
When measuring, instruct dancers to stand up straight, look forward, and take a deep breath in & out to allow for a natural fit and additional room. This is especially important when taking the girth, bust, and waist measurements.
Girth - Girth is the most important measurement when determining size! To measure girth, place a tape measure at the top of the shoulder (typically where a standard leotard strap sits), then over the apex (fullest part of the chest), down through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder. Measuring tape should follow close to the body shape.
Bust/Chest - Measure over the apex (fullest part of the chest) with your arms relaxed at your sides. Tape must be horizontal around the body.
Waist - Find your natural waist breakpoint by bending to the side (typically 1" to 1 1/2" above the belly button). Stand straight and measure around your natural waist breakpoint. Make sure breathing is relaxed during this measurement. Tape must be horizontal around the body.
Hips - Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks while standing with your feet together. Tape must be horizontal around the body.
Inseam - Measure from the center crotch point to floor for full length inseam and to center of ankle bone for ankle length inseam.

When ordering a few months in advance, it’s recommended to add 1.5” to 2” to the girth measurement to account for growth (especially for little ones’ growth spurts). If dancers are between sizes, select the size that most closely corresponds to the girth measurement. And when in doubt, size up!
Keep the type of fabric and silhouette in mind when ordering as dancers’ natural body variations can impact the overall fit.
